We want you to love your Pink Vanilla style, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Repack Your Items

  Place your unwanted items back into their original packaging, ensuring all Pink Vanilla tags and labels are securely attached.

  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point or local post office and ensure you keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
